Combine brown sugar, mustard, and cloves in a bowl.

Pat ham dry and place in crockpot cut side down. Rub with brown sugar mixture, getting between slices.

Place pineapple slices on ham (secure with toothpicks if needed) and add cherries to centers.

Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 4-6 hours, depending on ham size.

Remove fruit and ham. Transfer liquid to saucepan and boil to reduce for glaze.

Carve ham along bone, arrange slices on platter. Serve with fruit and glaze.
