Easy Sheet Pan Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 1/2 pounds baby gold potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
02 - 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

→ Protein

03 - 12 oz kielbasa sausage, cut into disks

→ Seasonings & Coatings

04 - 4 tablespoons Land O Lakes Spreadable Butter with Olive Oil and Sea Salt, melted, divided
05 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder, divided
06 - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated, plus extra for topping
07 - 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
08 - 1 teaspoon salt, divided
09 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper, divided
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a 13x18-inch baking sheet with non stick spray and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl combine the potatoes, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Mix until coated. Spread in even layer on baking sheet.
03 - Combine brussels sprouts, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in the bowl and toss to coat. Spread in even layer on baking sheet.
04 - Combine sausage, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley in the bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle over potatoes and brussels sprouts.
05 - Bake for 25 minutes, stir potatoes and brussels sprouts, then continue cooking for 20-25 minutes more until potatoes are golden brown. Top with additional parmesan if desired.
