Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded or small cubes
03 - 20-24 slices of pepperoni
04 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus more for dipping
05 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
02 - Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a circle about 3-4 inches in diameter.
03 - Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center, add a cube or sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and place 1-2 slices of pepperoni on top.
04 - Carefully fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
05 - Brush the tops with the melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese (if using). Add a slice of pepperoni on top of each bomb for extra flavor.
06 - Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
