Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a circle about 3-4 inches in diameter.

Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center, add a cube or sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and place 1-2 slices of pepperoni on top.

Carefully fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

Brush the tops with the melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese (if using). Add a slice of pepperoni on top of each bomb for extra flavor.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
