Pesto Chicken Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken breast cut into 4 cutlets.
02 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
03 - 4 tablespoons pesto.
04 - 2 large tomatoes, sliced.
05 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400ºF.
02 - Place chicken cutlets in baking dish, season with salt. Top each with garlic, pesto, tomato slices, and cheese.
03 - Cook 22-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165ºF and juices run clear.
04 - Cover and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Cut large chicken breasts into cutlets for proper portions.
02 - One serving is 6-8 ounces of chicken.
03 - Can use pre-cut chicken cutlets.
