Philly Style Steak Hoagie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Hoagie roll
02 - Thinly sliced beef steak
03 - Green bell pepper, sliced
04 - Onion, sliced
05 - Provolone cheese
06 - Salt
07 - Black pepper
08 - Olive oil
09 - Garlic, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and green bell peppers until tender.
02 - Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for another minute.
03 - Push the vegetables to the side and cook the sliced steak in the pan, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
04 - Mix the cooked vegetables and steak together, then top with provolone cheese and allow it to melt.
05 - Toast the hoagie roll and fill it with the steak mixture.
