Sweet Pineapple Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans (20 oz each) pineapple chunks, drained.
02 - 1 cup sugar.
03 - 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
04 - 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
05 - 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed.
06 - 1/2 cup butter, melted.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 casserole dish.
02 - Combine pineapple, sugar, flour. Stir in shredded cheese. Spread in dish.
03 - Mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
04 - Cook 25-30 minutes. Until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
