# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
02 - 3 tablespoons melted butter

03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
05 - 1 egg
06 - 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
07 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
08 - 1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped
09 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into mini cheesecake molds.
02 - Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
03 - Mix in the egg, melted white chocolate, heavy cream, pistachios, and vanilla.
04 - Pour over crusts and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 15-18 minutes.
05 - Cool completely, then chill for 2 hours before serving.
