# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups pomegranate juice
02 - 1 cup heavy cream
03 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
06 - A pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine pomegranate juice, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
02 - Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn following the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft serve consistency.
