Pumpkin Spice Creamer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 360ml heavy cream (or half-and-half/milk).
02 - 35g pumpkin puree (2 heaping tablespoons).
03 - 30ml maple syrup.
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice.
05 - 2 cinnamon sticks.

# Instructions:

01 - In saucepan, whisk together: Heavy cream, Pumpkin, Maple syrup, Pumpkin spice.
02 - Add cinnamon sticks.
03 - Heat to medium-high, bring to boil.
04 - Boil 1 minute, whisking occasionally.
05 - Remove from heat, cool 5 minutes.
06 - Strain if separated.
07 - Use immediately or refrigerate.

# Notes:

01 - Shake well before each use.
02 - Can use non-dairy milk.
03 - Add more syrup if desired.
04 - Keeps 1 week refrigerated.
05 - Remove cinnamon sticks for storage.
06 - Great for fall season.
