Easy Pumpkin Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 94g all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
05 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
07 - 3 large eggs.
08 - 150g pumpkin puree.
09 - 100g brown sugar.
10 - 100g granulated sugar.
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
12 - 90g powdered sugar (for rolling).
13 - 170g cream cheese, softened.
14 - 56g unsalted butter, softened.
15 - 180g powdered sugar.
16 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 10x15 pan with greased parchment.
02 - Mix flour, baking powder, soda, spices, salt.
03 - Whisk eggs, pumpkin, sugars, vanilla in another bowl.
04 - Combine wet and dry ingredients.
05 - Spread in pan. Bake 17-18 minutes.
06 - Lay towel flat, dust with powdered sugar. Turn hot cake onto towel. Remove paper. Roll up with towel.
07 - Cool completely (about 2 hours).
08 - Beat filling ingredients until smooth.
09 - Unroll cake. Spread filling evenly.
10 - Roll back up without towel.
11 - Chill 20 minutes before slicing.

01 - Roll while warm to prevent cracks.
02 - Can be made day ahead.
03 - Freezes well up to 3 months.
