Quick Tortellini Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 ounces tortellini.
02 - 1 package marinated mozzarella balls with oil.
03 - 1 cup chopped Italian salami.
04 - 1 cup halved grape tomatoes.
05 - Fresh basil leaves.
06 - Salt to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Fill a pot with water and add plenty of salt until it tastes like sea water.
02 - Drop in the tortellini and cook until they float to the surface and become tender. This tells you they're done.
03 - Drain the pasta and put it in a bowl. Add the marinated mozzarella with all its oil, chopped salami, and halved tomatoes.
04 - Tear up some fresh basil leaves and toss them in. Add salt if needed and give everything a good mix.

# Notes:

01 - Use the marinated mozzarella oil as your dressing.
02 - Keeps in the fridge 3-4 days.
03 - Enjoy cold or room temperature.
