Rainbow Veggie Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
02 - 1 avocado, sliced
03 - 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
04 - 1/4 cup red onion, diced
05 - 1/2 cup corn kernels

→ Optional & Garnishes

06 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
07 - Paprika, for sprinkling
08 - Crumbled feta cheese
09 - Fresh mixed greens

# Instructions:

01 - Halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the avocado and hard-boiled eggs. Dice the red onion. If using canned corn, rinse and drain it.
02 - Start with a base of fresh mixed greens if desired. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, hard-boiled egg slices, diced red onion, and corn kernels in sections on top of the greens or directly in the bowl.
03 - Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over the bowl. Add a light sprinkle of paprika for a touch of color and flavor. Optionally, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
