Ricotta Spinach Quiche Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pre-made pie crust

→ Filling

02 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
03 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
04 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 3 large eggs
06 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For sautéing

11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch quiche dish or pie dish and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
04 - Add the cooled spinach into the egg mixture and stir until evenly combined.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread it evenly.
06 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
07 - Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
