Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch quiche dish or pie dish and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooled spinach into the egg mixture and stir until evenly combined.
