Sautéed Mushrooms with Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 3 cups mushrooms, sliced
02 - 2 cups fresh spinach

→ Seasonings and Oils

03 - 2 tbsp olive oil
04 - 1 tbsp butter
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Pepper, to taste
08 - Fresh parsley, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
02 - Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Toss in sliced mushrooms and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
04 - Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
05 - Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
