# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts
02 - 100g fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
03 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened
04 - ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 2 tbsp butter
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - ½ cup chicken broth
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh thyme, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully slice each chicken breast to create a pocket for the filling.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the minced garlic and mushrooms, cooking until softened. Stir in the cream cheese and mozzarella until well combined.
03 - Fill each chicken breast with the mushroom-cheese mixture, securing them with toothpicks to keep the filling in place.
04 - In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
05 - Pour the chicken broth into the skillet, cover, and transfer to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
06 - Sprinkle with fresh thyme and serve with your favorite sides.
