03 - 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

05 - 1 cup grated cheddar
06 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
07 - 1 cup chopped cooked spinach
08 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta
09 - 1 cup ground beef or sausage
10 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
11 - 1 clove garlic, minced

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add ice water, mixing until a dough forms. Wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
02 - For meat: Cook ground beef or sausage with chopped onion and minced garlic until browned. Drain and cool. For spinach: Squeeze out excess water and mix with crumbled feta. For cheese: Mix grated cheddar with parsley.
03 - Roll out chilled dough and cut into small circles or rectangles. Place 1-2 tablespoons of chosen filling onto each piece. Fold the dough, seal edges, and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
