Scalloped Potatoes and Kielbasa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
02 - 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
03 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

→ Cream Sauce

04 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
05 - 1/2 cup milk
06 - 2 tbsp butter
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the kielbasa. Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese, and repeat the layers.
03 - In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
04 - Pour the cream mixture evenly over the potatoes and kielbasa. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
