06 - 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
07 - 1 tablespoon red onion or green onion, finely chopped

09 - Bread or buns, such as brioche, croissants, or whole wheat

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cooked shrimp, mayonnaise, mustard (if using), lemon juice, celery, onion, and herbs in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
