Quick Spicy Air Fryer Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fish

01 - 10 oz salmon fillets, skin on or off

→ Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup Kewpie mayo
03 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
04 - 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Pat dry salmon filets and place on a piece of parchment paper in air fryer basket, skin side down (if skin is on).
02 - Combine the kewpie mayo, sriracha and sesame oil in a small dish. Spread about 1 tbsp over each salmon filet, and then season with salt and pepper. Reserve remaining sauce for later.
03 - Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Salmon should flake easily with a fork when cooked.
04 - Serve salmon over rice with extra sauce on top if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Safe to eat at internal temperature of 145°F, though 130°F will be more moist
