# Ingredients:

01 - 5 ounces drained yellowfin tuna.
02 - 2 tablespoons diced green onion.
03 - 2 tablespoons diced jalapeño.
04 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
05 - 1 tablespoon yogurt.
06 - 1 teaspoon grainy dijon mustard.
07 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - 2 slices thick bread.
10 - 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese.
11 - Extra jalapeño slices for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix the tuna, diced green onion, jalapeño, mayonnaise, yogurt, dijon mustard, and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper until it tastes right.
02 - Pop your bread slices in the toaster until golden brown.
03 - Divide the tuna mix between the toast slices. Layer on the cheddar cheese and extra jalapeño slices.
04 - Place under the broiler for about 2 minutes, watching closely until the cheese gets bubbly and starts to brown.
