# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
04 - ½ tsp salt
05 - ¾ cup warm milk (110°F)
06 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Strawberry Filling

09 - 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
10 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
11 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
12 - 1 tsp lemon juice

→ Cinnamon Sugar Butter

13 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
14 - ⅓ cup brown sugar
15 - 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

→ Cream Cheese Glaze

16 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
17 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
18 - 1 cup powdered sugar
19 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
20 - 2 tbsp milk

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk warm milk, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add flour, yeast, and salt. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
02 - In a saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened (5-7 minutes). Let cool.
03 - Roll dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Spread strawberry filling evenly.
04 - Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased 9x13-inch pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
