Crunchy Cabbage Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups green cabbage, shredded.
02 - 2 cups red cabbage, shredded.
03 - 1 large carrot, grated.
04 - 1 bell pepper, sliced thin.
05 - 1/2 cup radishes, sliced.
06 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped.
07 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped.
08 - 1/4 cup green onions, sliced.
09 - 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
10 - 1/4 cup almonds, sliced.
11 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries.
12 - 1/4 cup olive oil.
13 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
14 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup.
15 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
16 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cabbages, carrot, pepper. Add radishes, herbs, green onions. Mix in seeds, nuts, cranberries.
02 - Whisk oil, vinegar, honey, mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Pour dressing over salad. Toss until well coated. Serve immediately or chill.
