In the same pan, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened. Return chicken to the pan and coat in the sauce.

Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the cooked pasta.

Plate the creamy macaroni and top with honey pepper chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy.
