01 - 16 oz rotini pasta
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 3 tbsp taco seasoning
04 - 1.5 cups chopped tomatoes
05 - 1 cup diced green bell pepper
06 - 2-3 cups Mexican-style shredded cheese
07 - 4 cups shredded lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
02 - In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 2 minutes.
04 - In a large bowl, combine pasta, taco-seasoned beef, tomatoes, bell pepper, and cheese.
05 - Gently fold in shredded lettuce. Toss to mix everything well.
06 - Serve immediately, or chill for an extra refreshing bite.
