# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 ounce taco seasoning mix
03 - 10 ounces canned chopped tomatoes with green chiles, including juice
04 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
05 - 8 ounces ranch dressing
06 - 75 frozen phyllo cup shells

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add taco seasoning and canned tomatoes with green chiles to the cooked beef. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - In a large bowl, combine grated cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Stir in the cooked taco meat mixture until well blended.
05 - Place a spoonful of the mixture into each frozen phyllo shell.
06 - Bake the filled shells in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or 10-13 minutes if still frozen, until heated through. Serve immediately.
