Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning and canned tomatoes with green chiles to the cooked beef. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a large bowl, combine grated cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Stir in the cooked taco meat mixture until well blended.

Place a spoonful of the mixture into each frozen phyllo shell.

Bake the filled shells in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or 10-13 minutes if still frozen, until heated through. Serve immediately.
