Quick Tex-Mex Dinner Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Vegetables and Toppings

03 - 4 cups shredded lettuce
04 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 1/2 cup diced red onion
06 - 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

→ Additional Ingredients

07 - 2 cups Fritos corn chips
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 cup Catalina dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions. Set aside to cool slightly.
02 - In a large serving bowl, layer the shredded lettuce.
03 - Add layers of Fritos, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and red onion.
04 - Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the layered vegetables.
05 - Pour Catalina dressing over the salad.
06 - Toss gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately and enjoy!
