# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups Oreo crumbs
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

03 - 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 cup sour cream
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 3 large eggs
08 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
09 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
10 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
11 - 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted

→ For Decoration

12 - Whipped cream
13 - Chocolate shavings
14 - Fresh berries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
02 - In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
03 - In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Beat in sour cream and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
04 - Divide the cheesecake batter into three equal parts. Mix melted semi-sweet chocolate into one part, white chocolate into another, and milk chocolate into the third part.
05 - Pour the three batters alternately into the crust, creating layers.
06 - Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
07 - Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before decorating.
08 - Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries.
