Quick Tuna Noodle Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 cup diced onion
03 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
04 - 8 oz egg noodles (4 cups)

→ Liquids & Sauce

05 - 4 cups chicken broth or water
06 - 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup

→ Add-ins

07 - 2 cups frozen carrots and peas
08 - 12 oz can white tuna in water, drained
09 - 1 cup marbled cheddar cheese, shredded
10 - 1 cup garlic croutons, crushed

→ Seasonings

11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat large skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Sauté onion and garlic until tender, about 3 minutes.
02 - Add broth/water and soup, whisk to combine. Add noodles and frozen vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender, about 20 minutes.
03 - Flake tuna and fold into pasta. Top with cheese and simmer covered until cheese melts and tuna heats through.
04 - Top with crushed croutons and serve.
