Whipped Feta with Hot Honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
02 - 8 oz feta cheese
03 - 2 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste
08 - 2 tablespoons hot honey or honey mixed with chili flakes
09 - Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
03 - In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
04 - Spread a generous layer of the whipped feta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
05 - Drizzle hot honey over the whipped feta. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve immediately.
