In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each triangle, fold the dough over the filling, and pinch the edges to seal completely.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the filled bombs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the buffalo chicken bombs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
