Banana Chai Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 frozen banana.
02 - 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower.
03 - 1 medjool date.
04 - 1 teaspoon chai spice mix.
05 - 1/2 cup milk of choice.

# Instructions:

01 - Remove the pit from the date if necessary.
02 - Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

# Notes:

01 - Can add vanilla or coffee flavored protein powder for extra protein.
02 - Works well with any type of milk.
03 - Single serve blender works great for this recipe.
