01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 3 large eggs
06 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
07 - 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
10 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
11 - 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the pan)

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Remove from heat and set aside.
02 - In another skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Once done, drain on paper towels and crumble into small pieces.
03 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a pie dish or baking pan with butter. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, mustard (if using), salt, and pepper.
04 - Spread the cooked ground beef evenly at the bottom of the greased pie dish. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the beef. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
05 - Place the pie in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top is golden and bubbly.
