                Preheat your oven to 200°C. Divide the pizza dough into small portions (about 25g each) and roll into smooth balls.

                Flatten each dough ball into a small disc. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and fold the dough around it, pinching the edges tightly to seal.

                Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and let it cook for 2-3 minutes to infuse the butter. Remove from heat, stir in the parsley, and season with salt and pepper.

                Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Generously brush each with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

                Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up. The cheese inside should be perfectly melted.

                Allow the garlic bombs to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them on their own or dip into fresh tomato sauce or pesto for extra flavor.
