Cheesy Garlic Bombs Bliss Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500g pizza dough
02 - 200g mozzarella, cut into cubes
03 - 50g butter
04 - 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 50g grated parmesan
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C. Divide the pizza dough into small portions (about 25g each) and roll into smooth balls.
02 - Flatten each dough ball into a small disc. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and fold the dough around it, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
03 - Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and let it cook for 2-3 minutes to infuse the butter. Remove from heat, stir in the parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
04 - Arrange the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Generously brush each with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
05 - Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up. The cheese inside should be perfectly melted.
06 - Allow the garlic bombs to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them on their own or dip into fresh tomato sauce or pesto for extra flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Make your own pizza dough for an even richer taste.
02 - Try cheddar, gouda, or provolone for a different twist.
03 - Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes or a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
