Chicken Bell Pepper Burritos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Filling

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
03 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 can black beans, drained
06 - 1/2 cup corn kernels
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Tortillas

09 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, black beans, and corn. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix until thoroughly blended.
02 - Heat the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for several seconds until flexible.
03 - Arrange a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the centre of each tortilla.
04 - Fold in both sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
05 - Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling, ensuring all burritos are uniformly shaped.
06 - Place burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Optionally, sprinkle with extra cheese and bake at 175°C for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
07 - Serve burritos warm for optimal flavour and texture.
