In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, black beans, and corn. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix until thoroughly blended.

Heat the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for several seconds until flexible.

Arrange a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the centre of each tortilla.

Fold in both sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling.

Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling, ensuring all burritos are uniformly shaped.

Place burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Optionally, sprinkle with extra cheese and bake at 175°C for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
