Easy Chickpea Pizza Crust (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
02 - 1 egg
03 - 2 tablespoons chickpea flour

→ Seasonings

04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 2 teaspoons dried basil
06 - 2 teaspoons salt
07 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line your pizza baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a food processor, combine the rinsed and drained chickpeas, egg, chickpea flour, garlic, basil, and a pinch of salt until smooth. The mixture will resemble hummus in texture.
03 - Transfer onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread into a 10 to 12-inch circle with a rubber spatula.
04 - Bake for 15 minutes then remove from the oven and flip, bake for another 10 minutes. After the second bake, top with the tomato sauce, veggies or whatever your heart desires and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
05 - Slice and serve!
