Saltine Toffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 40 saltine crackers.
02 - 1 cup unsalted butter.
03 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 10 oz white chocolate wafers.
05 - Sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment. Arrange saltines in single layer.
02 - Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar. Bring to rolling boil. Remove from heat.
03 - Pour toffee over crackers. Bake 13-15 minutes, until crackers brown and caramelize.
04 - Melt white chocolate. Spread over warm toffee. Add sprinkles immediately.
05 - Let set completely. Break into pieces.
