Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment. Arrange saltines in single layer.

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar. Bring to rolling boil. Remove from heat.

Pour toffee over crackers. Bake 13-15 minutes, until crackers brown and caramelize.

Melt white chocolate. Spread over warm toffee. Add sprinkles immediately.

Let set completely. Break into pieces.
