Gnocchi with Sausage and Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz Italian sausage links.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 onion, diced.
04 - 8 oz white mushrooms, roughly chopped.
05 - 2 large colorful bell peppers (red and orange), thinly sliced.
06 - 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning.
07 - 1 15-oz can petite diced tomatoes.
08 - 1 lb gnocchi.
09 - Parmesan cheese for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown sausages in skillet over medium heat, 3-4 minutes per side on all four sides until golden.
02 - Add oil, onion, and mushrooms to skillet. Cook 6-7 minutes until tender and releasing liquid.
03 - Add bell peppers and Italian seasoning, cook 3 minutes.
04 - Return sausages to pan, add tomatoes, cover and cook 5 minutes.
05 - Add gnocchi, spread evenly, cover and cook 5 minutes until tender. Top with Parmesan.

# Notes:

01 - Cook sausages on all sides for even browning.
02 - Spread gnocchi evenly for proper cooking.
03 - Cook additional 3-5 minutes if needed for doneness.
