Honey Pineapple Salmon Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets
02 - 1/4 cup honey
03 - 1/4 cup pineapple juice
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish (Optional)

09 - Sliced pineapple
10 - Chopped fresh cilantro

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
02 - In a small bowl, combine honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until well blended.
03 - Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season them with salt and pepper.
04 - Generously brush the honey pineapple glaze over the salmon fillets, keeping some aside for basting later.
05 - Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Baste the salmon with the remaining glaze halfway through the cooking time.
06 - Once done, remove the salmon from the oven. If desired, garnish with sliced pineapple and chopped fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
