Marble Cake with Cocoa Swirls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
03 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 1 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
08 - 1/2 cup milk

→ Flavoring

09 - 2 tbsp cocoa powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a separate bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
04 - Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternating with the milk.
05 - Pour half of the batter into a separate bowl and mix in cocoa powder.
06 - Spoon batters into the prepared pan in alternating layers. Swirl with a knife to create a marble effect.
07 - Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
