Pear Burrata Honey Thyme (Print Version)

01 - 1 large organic pear, thinly sliced
02 - 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves

04 - 2 tbsp aged white balsamic vinegar

09 - 3 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the gluten-free baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and brush lightly with 2 tbsp olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet and toast for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
02 - Thinly slice the pear. Tear the burrata into small portions.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, white balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, fresh thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Place a portion of burrata onto each toasted baguette slice. Top with pear slices. Drizzle with the honey-thyme mixture.
05 - Garnish with extra thyme leaves and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Serve immediately as a delightful appetizer or snack.
