Raspberry Cheesecake Egg Rolls (Print Version)

01 - 8 egg roll wrappers
02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/4 cup sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup raspberry pie filling or jam
06 - Oil for frying
07 - Powdered sugar, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
02 - Place 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake mixture and 1 teaspoon of raspberry filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper.
03 - Roll the wrappers tightly and seal the edges with water to secure.
04 - Fry the egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown, approximately 2–3 minutes.
05 - Drain the fried egg rolls on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
