Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Place 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake mixture and 1 teaspoon of raspberry filling onto the center of each egg roll wrapper.

Roll the wrappers tightly and seal the edges with water to secure.

Fry the egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown, approximately 2–3 minutes.
